PAYMENTS OPTIONS

There are a few ways to pay for care

Accepted Insurance

We accept most commercial insurance plans provided through employers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, and Unicare.

Non-Accepted Insurance

Please note, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, AmeriHealth, AmBetter, Beacon Health, Humana, MAHealth, NH Healthy Families, United Healthcare or WellSense.

Self-Pay

We offer self-pay options. Feel free to call our office to discuss rates and payment plans. Our admin team is here to help and provide you with all the necessary information.

What you know when its time to pay

Intake Process Charge: As part of the intake process, we charge $1 to activate a card on file. Don’t worry – this $1 will be deducted from the balance due at the time of your first appointment.
Payment Due: All payments are due at the time of service. We strive to make billing as transparent and straightforward as possible.
